The Reflex range of PVC Interlocking Floor Tiles offers a versatile and competitive flooring system with an almost unlimited range of applications.

Flexi-Tile is injection moulded from 100% Virgin (recyclable) PVC. The
tile is available in two different type; a hard less flexible
industrial tile, and a soft more flexible commercial or domestic tile.
Both types of tile are 7mm thick, are available in two different
surface textures (raised, studded and flat textured) and nine standard
colours. Flexi-Tiles are also available with a unique moulded ramped
edge on one or two sides – these tiles can be used around the perimeter
of an insulation, or as a self-contained mat-area.

Flexi-Tile’s unique interlocking moulded key edges allow for quick and easy loose lay fitting, its aesthetically pleasing pattern and colour range, together with its heavy duty features, makes it an ideal solution for any industrial, commercial or domestic floor area.
Safety and Anti-fatigue
Flexi-Tile offers excellent anti-slip
and fatigue relieving properties improving safety and productivity.
Flexi-Tile’s high level of impact resistance helps minimise damage due
to dropped tools etc. The floor system is ideal for upgrading existing
floor areas and provides excellent thermal and acoustic insulation.

Cleaning & Maintenance
Flexi-Tile’s impervious surface means
that it is also quick and easy to clean, damp mopping, machine or hand
scrubber is ideal. To enhance and maintain Flexi-Tile’s appearance, 2-3
coats of a sealer may be applied to the tile after installation. Note,
a full maintenance and cleaning programme is available up request.
Installation
Flexi-Tile
is quick and easy to install. It can be laid over any hard surface with
minimum or no surface preparation. So long as they are relatively even,
sub-floors which are poor, worn, and in some cases damp, can be quickly
upgraded.
Flexi-Tile is loose laid on the floor and its unique
interlocking moulded keys are easily locked into place. No special
tools are required – all you need is a mallet, sharp knife (soft tile),
jigsaw (hard tile), measure and a chalk line.
Installation of
Flexi-Tile should be commenced from the centre of the floor working
outwards in a circular pattern. Since Flexi-Tile is easy and modular to
install, it is not necessary to stop any operations during
installation.
For installations with minimal temperature changes (+/-
5C room temperature) it is necessary to leave a 5mm gap in between the
tiles and any fixed point (I/e/ wall and machinery) thus allow tiles
free movement to expand and contract.
In applications of extreme
temperature fluctuations, please contact our Technical Department for
further information and in areas subject to direct sunlight or high
temperatures, it may be necessary to use an adhesive. |

| Hard Wearing
Both the hard industrial and soft commercial Flexi-Tile
are extremely hard wearing and are ideal for areas of heavy traffic.
The industrial tile is suitable in areas where pallet trucks and
four-wheeled forklifts are used.
Note: Where three-wheeled forklifts or
forklifts with a small turning circle are in use, Flexi-Tile may need
to be glued. Please contact our technical department before
installation. |
Flexi-Tile Range
The Flexi-Tile range offers a unique
combination of moulded raised studded and flat textured surface tiles,
industrial and commercial. The tiles are also available with a unique
moulded ramp edge on one side (edge tile) or on type sides (corner
tile). The edges are tapered to allow for easy access for wheeled
traffic. The ramped edge is moulded into the rest of the tile and it is
not therefore necessary to use additional accessory ramp strips.
Flexi-Tile is available in the following standard colour range; special
colour matches are available in areas of more that 250 sqm.
